Each step in the search process is geared toward providing our clients with the highest possible standard of service.
Our search approach includes the following five phases:
- In concert with your search committee and relevant stakeholders, we develop a detailed “Opportunity Statement” (profiles/specifications) representing our joint understanding of experience, knowledge, skills, and personal characteristics defining the successful candidates, and the benchmark criteria against which to quantitatively evaluate the candidates.
- Dedicated efforts to identification and screening of candidates meeting your position specifications. This research will utilize a variety of resources and methodologies such as direct recruitment, network and professional referrals.
- Once identified, we will conduct interviews in-person or by teleconference to further qualify the candidacy of these individuals. Before you ever see a resume, we have already interviewed the candidate for appropriate technical background, accomplishments, soft skills, goals/objectives, logistics and interest in your opportunity which ensures you spend your time only on successful, well qualified candidates.
- For each prospective short list candidate we will thoroughly check professional and personal references, conduct a credit, education and criminal background check and will have each individual complete a behavioral profile.
- Each qualified candidate will be introduced to you with a detailed report summarizing professional experiences, salary histories, our personal interview, reference findings and rationale for recommendation. We will also submit to you our completed benchmarking program, along with the personality profile results. Basis your acceptance of our candidate short-list, we will assist you in scheduling interviews and guide the screening process to conclusion.
- Once the selection process is complete, we will assist you in determining the specific compensation package necessary to attract your candidate of choice. We will field all benefits and compensation related questions and will present your offer of employment to the successfully selected individual. We will then disengage all other short-listed candidates.
- Finally, we will then counsel and track the candidate through the resignation period and follow up after the candidate commences work.
